Our experience, sense of novelty, and continual experimentation make possible the offering of a gourmet menu with a great variety of elaborate suggestions. In the Nou Racó kitchen anything is possible. On our stoves an extensive traditional cuisine is preserved, at the same time new culinary creations are explored.
